We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and appropriately at all events. Any behavior that reflects poorly on EliteEventGuideUS or violates event rules may result in immediate termination of services.

You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodation, and any additional expenses not explicitly covered by our services.

Confidentiality and Discretion

You acknowledge that you may have access to confidential information about events, attendees, or our business operations. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding such information.

Photography, recording, or sharing of event details on social media may be restricted and must comply with event-specific guidelines.

Intellectual Property Rights

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
